What is the cancellation policy?

The cancellation policy at Quality Inn is designed to provide flexibility to our valued guests. Guests are allowed to cancel their reservation by 4:00 PM on their scheduled arrival date, without incurring any charges. However, cancellations made after this time or no-shows will be subject to a cancellation fee equivalent to one night's stay. If the reservation was made through a third-party website or agent, guests are required to cancel directly with them as per their policies. To avoid any inconvenience, we recommend guests to review and understand the cancellation policies at the time of making their booking.
