Publix customers having issues with their orders can get instant credits when they report the problem four days after delivery. Contact Customer Support if it's been more than four days. You can get credits for issues such as expired or spoiled items, missing or incorrect items and poor replacements. Customers with delivery issues can report their problems using either the app or the website to report the problem.

Reporting a Delivery Issue Via the Website

Below are steps to reporting a delivery problem with Publix on the website:

1. Log in to your account and navigate to the upper left corner and click Your Orders.

2. Tap Report a Problem on the applicable order.

3. Choose the delivery issue you're having and select the affected items.

4. Choose Credit to your Instacart account. Click Help Center if you want to contact Customer Support.

Wait for the confirmation email for your refunds or credits. You'll also be informed when your other delivery issues have been resolved.

Reporting a Delivery Problem Using the App

If you want to use the app for reporting a delivery problem, use the steps below:

1. Open the app and tap Orders found in the bottom right corner.

2. Look at the items you've ordered and tap Get Help on the applicable order.

3. Select the issue you've encountered along with the items affected.

3. Tap Credit to your Account.

Keep in mind that some items might have a refund option instead and you might need to return it in-store to get the refund. If you have further questions, please don't hesitate to contact Customer Support.
