How does Philips Lifeline work?
Philips Lifeline works by providing a personal emergency response system that ensures help is just a button press away. The user wears a lightweight, waterproof pendant or wristband with a help button. In an emergency, they can press the button, which activates a call to our 24/7 Response Center. The Response Associate will assess the situation and communicate with the user to determine the appropriate response, whether it’s contacting a family member, neighbor, or emergency services. If the user is unable to respond, the associate will dispatch help immediately. The system uses advanced technologies to accurately pinpoint the user's location, making it easier for responders to find them. Philips Lifeline offers peace of mind for users and their loved ones, ensuring that help will always be available when needed.
