I need pay off my car financing and I never received my mlcar title

The Pennsylvania Department of Transportation (DMV/RMV) can assist with requesting a duplicate car title. Typically, the lienholder (usually a bank or finance company) will have the title if the car is financed. Once you pay off the car loan, the lienholder should send you the title. If they have not, you should contact them. If your title was lost or not received, you can apply for a duplicate car title. The process involves submitting Form MV-38O ('Application for Duplicate Certificate of Title by Owner') along with a $53 fee. Please ensure all details on the form are correct. It usually takes about two weeks to receive the duplicate title.
