How do I apply for a learner's permit?

Asked a year ago
To apply for a learner's permit in Pennsylvania, you must be at least 16 years old and visit a PennDOT Driver License Center with necessary documentation. Bring a completed DL-180 form, proof of identity, proof of residency, and Social Security card. You will need to pass a vision screening test and a written knowledge test covering traffic laws and safe driving practices. Additionally, a parent or guardian must accompany you to sign the application form. Once you have met these requirements, you will receive your learner's permit, allowing you to practice driving with a licensed adult over the age of 21. Good luck on your journey to obtaining a driver's license!
