Our return policy aims to ensure customer satisfaction. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase from Paraclete Press, you may return it within 30 days of receipt. The items must be in their original condition, unopened and unused, and accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase. We accept returns for a full refund or exchange, excluding shipping costs. However, we do not accept returns on digital products or gift cards. To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team with your order details. We strive to process returns promptly and appreciate the opportunity to address any concerns. Our goal is to provide a hassle-free experience and ensure that you are delighted with your purchase.
