Yes, you can cancel or modify your order after it has been placed, but only if it has not yet been processed for shipping. To cancel or modify your order, please contact our customer service department as soon as possible via phone or email. We will do our best to accommodate your request, but please note that once an order has been shipped, we cannot cancel or modify it. In such cases, you may need to return the item following our return policy guidelines.
