Our return policy is designed to ensure complete customer satisfaction. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase from Pacificpillows.com, you can return it within 30 days from the date of delivery. We accept returns for any reason, whether the product is defective, damaged, or simply did not meet your expectations. To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team who will guide you through the process and provide you with a return authorization number. Please note that all returned items must be in their original condition, unused, and with the original packaging. Once we receive the returned item, we will issue a refund to your original payment method, minus any applicable shipping charges.
