What is the process for returning a defective item?

To return a defective item, simply fill out our online Return Authorization Form within 30 days of receiving the product. Provide a detailed description of the defect and any relevant photos if possible. Once your return is approved, you will receive a return shipping label to send the item back to us. Upon receiving and inspecting the defective product, we will determine if it qualifies for a refund or exchange. Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment, while exchanges will be shipped out promptly. Please note that all returns must be in their original packaging and in like-new condition to be eligible for a refund or exchange.
