You can go directly to the check order status page or sign in to your account if you created one before placing an order. To log in, just enter your email address and password. If you can't remember your account password, click on Forgot password and follow the on-screen instructions to reset it.
Go to the order status page to check the status of your Otterbox order. Just enter your order number, email address, and billing zip code. Then, click Check Status.
Do note that after placing an order, you will no longer be able to modify or make changes to it. If there are errors, you can contact Customer Support, and they will cancel the current order. You can then re-order the same item from Otterbox. You will be given a new order number; please use this number when checking the status of your order.
Otterbox will also send an email once your order has been shipped. Feel free to also track your order directly from FedEx or USPS. You will be given a tracking number for either USPS or FedEx. Use this when tracking your order online.
To track a FedEx order, proceed to the next step.
Enter the tracking number provided by Otterbox and type it in the box. Then click Track. You can track multiple tracking numbers with the FedEx tracking tool. If you use FedEx, expect the shipment to arrive within 1-2 business days.
If you have a USPS tracking number, proceed to the next step.
Simply enter your tracking number in the box provided and click Track to see the delivery status of your order.
If you are in the United States, expect the order to arrive within 3-8 business days. Orders shipped in other U.S. Territories, Alaska, and Hawaii take a little longer—within 5-9 days. Note that delivery times don't include order processing, which can take up to 2 days. In total, expect the order to arrive within 10 days.
Have you checked the status of your Otterbox order? Note that Otterbox observes holidays, so expect a delay in shipping if your order falls on a national holiday. You don't have to be home during delivery, as the driver can leave the package at your residential address. In case there are issues with your order, you also have up to 30 days to process the return. For replacements, you may need to shoulder the handling and shipping fees.
