The exposed foam on the tongue is actually a design choice for many Nike sneakers, particularly some models of the Air Max, Blazer, and Dunk. It's meant to give the shoe a deconstructed aesthetic and vintage feel. However, we understand that this style may not be to everyone's liking. We always strive to make products that cater to a variety of style preferences, and your feedback is essential in this process. Please accept our apologies if the shoe did not meet your expectations. Your satisfaction is our priority.

If you purchased a product directly from Nike and believe it is defective or damaged, Nike has a generous 2-year warranty for most products. You can start the return process online via the Nike website. If your product was purchased less than 60 days ago, Nike will provide a full refund. If the period is more than 60 days, your product will be evaluated by a claims team, and if deemed defective, you'll get a voucher for the purchase price to use on the Nike website. Note that this does not apply to normal wear and tear or misuse of products.
