Nike's Return Policy

You can return most Nike purchases, even custom Nike By You sneakers, for any reason within 60 days of purchase or delivery (whichever is later) and get a refund. You can even return items after 60 days and get a refund as long as they are unworn and unwashed. Your refund will be applied to your Nike gift card.

However, gift cards themselves cannot be returned. Neither can anything you bought at a Nike Clearance Store or any items marked "unreturnable." Apple Watches must be returned within 14 days. Finally, any item with a warranty has its own return rules that supersede this return policy.

How to Ship Your Return Back to Nike if You Are a Member

If you are a member, you can ship any online purchase back to Nike for free by following these instructions:

1. Go to Nike's website.
2. Sign into your Nike account.
3. Go to your order history.
4. Go to View or Manage Your Order.
5. Click on the item you want to return.
6. Click on Begin Return.
7. Enter the reason for your return.
8. Click on Submit.
9. Look in your email for something from Nike and print out the shipping label. If you do not have a printer, scan the QR code.
10. Pack up your return. Shoes must be in their original boxes.
11. Attach the shipping label, if you printed one.
12. Bring your package to any UPS location. If you do not have a shipping label, show the QR code to the UPS employee.
13. Ship your return back to Nike.

You should receive your refund within 10 days after Nike receives your return.

How to Ship Your Return Back to Nike if You Are Not a Member

If you are not a Nike member, you can still ship your return back to Nike, but you will have to pay the shipping costs. Follow these instructions:

1. Go to the Nike View or Manage Your Order page.
2. Enter your order number and email address.
3. Click on the Submit button.
4. Select the item you wish to return.
5. Enter the reason for the return.
6. Click on Submit.
7. Write down the shipping address.
8. Pack up your return. Nike shoes must be in their original shoe boxes.
9. Take your return to any carrier you like and ship it to the address you were given.

You should receive your refund within 10 days after Nike receives your return.

How to Return Your Purchase to a Nike Store

You can also return your online purchase to any Nike store. If you made the purchase at a Nike store then you must return it to a Nike store. Just take the item to be returned to any Nike customer service representative, along with the receipt or order number. Shoes must be in their original boxes.
