To reset your Night Owl password, go to the login page and click on the "Forgot Password?" link. Follow the prompts to enter your email associated with your account, and you will receive instructions on how to create a new password. Make sure to check your spam folder if you don't see the email in your inbox.

The issue you're experiencing may be due to a rotation setting on your Night Owl mobile app. You can rectify it by accessing the app menu, select the 'Devices' option, and then pick the camera that is displaying the image upside down. Look for an option referred to as 'Image Rotation' or 'Flip Screen', and tap it. The view from your camera should now be right side up. Please remember that the exact instructions might differ slightly based on your specific Night Owl model and app version.
