Can I contest a decision made by the Traffic Violations Bureau?

Asked a year ago
Yes, you have the right to contest a decision made by the Traffic Violations Bureau (TVB). If you disagree with the outcome of your case, you can request a hearing within 30 days from the date of the decision. To do so, you need to complete a TVB Hearing Request form available on our website or at a TVB office. Once your request is received, a hearing will be scheduled, and you will be notified of the date, time, and location. At the hearing, you can present your case, provide evidence, and bring witnesses if necessary. The TVB will review all relevant information and make a new decision based on the evidence presented. Remember to adhere to the deadline and follow the instructions provided to ensure your right to contest the decision.
