Nestle Waters offers a convenient and hassle-free return policy to ensure customer satisfaction with its products. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply contact our customer service within 30 days of receipt. We will arrange a return and provide you with a full refund or exchange. Our aim is to make the return process as smooth as possible. Please note that returned items must be in their original packaging and in unused condition to be eligible for a refund. However, perishable products such as bottled water cannot be returned. We value our customers' trust and strive to provide excellent products and service, and our return policy reflects our commitment to your satisfaction.
