What is the cancellation policy for orders?

For My Fit Foods, our cancellation policy for orders is as follows: In order to cancel an order, customers must notify us at least 48 hours before the scheduled pick-up or delivery time. This allows us enough time to process the cancellation and adjust our production accordingly. We understand that sometimes unforeseen circumstances may arise, which is why we have implemented this policy. If a cancellation is requested within the 48-hour window, a refund or credit may be provided at our discretion. However, if the cancellation is made after the cut-off time, unfortunately, we cannot offer any refund or credit. Our goal is to provide fresh and quality meals, prepared specifically for our customers, and adhering to this cancellation policy helps us maintain that commitment.
