Lululemon gift cards cannot be returned but you can request a refund to your gift card. Items bought in-store can be returned by mail or in person and must be returned within 30 days from purchase. However, the items to be returned must be unwashed and unworn. Make sure the tags are also still attached to the item. Shoes must still be in the box along with the proof of purchase.
For products bought online, the customer will need to create a gift receipt first on their order details page. Just log in to your account and look for the item you want to return. The gift receipt is required to either exchange an item or get a refund in the form of a gift card. Refunds are usually processed within 3-10 business days.
If you're returning more than three items, you need to print a shipping label before returning the items. Follow the steps below:
1. Log in to your account. Enter your order ID and email address if you don't have an account with Lululemon.
2. Select the items you want to return and print the shipping labels. Pack the items you want to return.
3. Wait for the return merchandise authorization number to be sent to your email. You'll need that to track the status of your item.
4. Place the item in a shipping box and tape the shipping label. Make sure the barcode is visible.
5. If you're in the US, you can drop off the item at any UPS or FedEx location.
6. You'll get the refund within 3-5 business days.
