Lululemon offers a 30-day return policy for all products purchased through their official website or retail stores. The items being returned must be in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all tags attached. Customers have the option to return the items either by mail or in-store. For mail returns, a pre-paid shipping label is provided on their website. Once the return is received and processed, a refund will be issued to the original form of payment. If the return is made in-store, the refund will be processed immediately. However, certain items like underwear, final sale products, and water bottles are not eligible for return. Lululemon also offers free hemming services for their pants to ensure the perfect fit for their customers.
