Enter Your Email Address and Order Number

Did you purchase your items online? Just enter the email address associated with your Lowe's account or the email address used when purchasing the product, and the order number. Then, click Order Status.

When the item hasn't been shipped yet, customers can still change the delivery or shipping address if they made a mistake. To edit the address, just click Edit next to Ship/Deliver, enter the address, and confirm.

When you opt for a pickup, wait for Lowe's pickup instructions. Make sure to also pick up the item during operating hours only and at your designated store. For pickup, provide your order number or order email confirmation from Lowe's. Don't forget to also bring an ID. You can use your state ID or driver's license.
