Yes, you can cancel or change your order, but only if it has not yet been processed and shipped. To cancel or modify your order, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible with your order details. We recommend calling them directly for a quicker response. However, please note that once an order has been processed and shipped, we are unable to make any changes or cancellations. In such cases, you may need to follow our return/exchange policy upon receiving your order.
