Yes, Lane Bryant allows customers to return or exchange items purchased online in-store. We understand that sometimes items may not fit properly or meet your expectations. Our in-store return and exchange policy are designed to provide you with a convenient and hassle-free experience. Simply bring the unwanted item(s), along with the original receipt or packing slip, to any Lane Bryant store within 45 days of purchase. Our friendly store associates will be happy to assist you in processing your return or exchange. Please note that all returned items must be in their original condition with all tags attached. However, please be aware that online exclusive items may not be available for exchange in-store.
