Our return/exchange policy at Action Lane Furniture is designed to ensure customer satisfaction. If for any reason you are not completely happy with your purchase, you can return or exchange the item within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return or exchange, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase. We offer a full refund for returns, excluding any shipping or handling fees. For exchanges, we will cover the shipping costs for the replacement item. Please note that customized or made-to-order products may not be eligible for return or exchange, as well as any items that have been damaged or used. For more detailed information, please refer to our Return/Exchange Policy page on our website or contact our customer service.
