Our cancellation policy at Action Products International, Inc. is designed to provide flexibility and convenience to our valued customers. We understand that circumstances may change, and we strive to accommodate any cancellations to the best of our abilities. If you wish to cancel your order, we request that you reach out to our customer support team as soon as possible. Depending on the stage of the order process, we may be able to cancel it and issue a full refund. However, if the order has already been shipped or is in transit, cancellation may not be possible. In such cases, we recommend refusing the delivery or returning the product for a refund, following our return policy guidelines. We strive to maintain transparency and fairness in all our business practices, and our cancellation policy aligns with that commitment.
