How long does it take to process a return?

LL Bean processes returns in a timely manner, aiming to complete the process within 7-10 business days. Once the returned items are received at their facility, they will be thoroughly inspected to ensure they meet the return criteria. This may include checking for any signs of wear or damage. Following the inspection, the refund or exchange will be processed accordingly. Keep in mind that it may take an additional 1-2 business days for the refund to appear in your account after it has been processed. If the return is a result of their error, such as a defective product or an incorrect shipment, LL Bean will expedite the process to provide a resolution as quickly as possible.
