KuCoin is one of several digital currency exchanges that allows users to loan cryptocurrency, but sometimes you may change your mind after setting up an amount to lend. How do you cancel your loan from KuCoin? You can learn more about crypto lending by contacting KuCoin customer support here, and below are steps for canceling your KuCoin loan.
Understanding how crypto lending works is key to being able to cancel transactions. KuCoin lending works in the following way:
Once a loan has been placed in Unsettled or Settled status, it cannot be canceled. These loans can only be closed once the borrower has repaid them. Similarly, once a borrower has applied for a loan, it must be repaid in full before the borrower can close it out.
All crypto in "Open Orders" status can be canceled at any time. You simply remove that particular coin or coins from the lending platform by adjusting your "Crypto Lending" settings. "Unsettled Orders" are those still in the repayment phase. Borrowers may pay off the loan early, but lenders cannot require early repayment. "Settled Orders" are those that have been repaid in full. Once the loan has been repaid in full, you can update your "Crypto Lending" settings to remove that particular coin or coins from loan availability. In short, only those coins in open status can be canceled because the loan transaction has not been initiated.
Cryptocurrency lending is a new feature on a number of sites. To learn more about KuCoin lending, contact customer service here.
GetHuman has been working for over 10 years on sourcing information about big organizations like Comcast in order to help customers resolve customer service issues faster. We started with contact information and fastest ways to reach a human at big companies. Particularly ones with slow or complicated IVR or phone menu systems. Or companies that have self-serve help forums instead of a customer service department. From there, we realized that consumers still needed more detailed help solving the most common problems, so we expanded to this set of guides, which grows every day. And if you spot any issues with our What do I do if my Xfinity TV or internet is out? guide, please let us know by sending us feedback. We want to be as helpful as possible. If you appreciated this guide, please share it with your favorite people. Our free information and tools is powered by you, the customer. The more people that use it, the better it gets.
After helping consumers for 10 years, we realized that you need an impartial, live person you can talk to about comparing the various TV, cable, Internet and phone plans in your area- somebody who can compare the best deals across telecom providers.
