You cannot withdraw money from your KuCoin account directly to your bank. If you want to transfer money from your KuCoin account, transfer your cryptocurrency tokens to other crypto platforms that can transfer money to your bank.
To withdraw coins from KuCoin, go to your account security settings first and enable "Email+Google 2fa + Trading Password" or "Phone Number+Trading Password". Follow the following steps below:
1. Log in to your KuCoin account, hit Assets, and Withdraw.
2. Select a token from the menu and make sure the destination also supports the same token. Before making a withdrawal, make sure the tokens are in the main account, not the trading account. You won't be able to transfer coins from the trading account to any external wallet. The minimum withdrawal amount depends on the token.
3. Make sure all the details are correct. Check the withdrawal address and the token type. Make sure the receiving platform supports the token. Remember, you can no longer cancel the withdrawal once it's completed.
4. To complete the withdrawal, type in your 6-digit trading password and email verification code. You can switch to Google verification code or SMS verification.
Withdrawals usually take about 30 minutes. It may take longer when you are withdrawing a larger amount as it's manually processed. Also, withdrawal fees for each token are different. You may go to the withdrawal page to check the withdrawal fee for a specific token.
To view the withdrawal history, log in to your KuCoin account and select the token. Scroll down to view your withdrawal records. If you have further questions, contact KuCoin's Customer Support.
GetHuman has been working for over 10 years on sourcing information about big organizations like Comcast in order to help customers resolve customer service issues faster. We started with contact information and fastest ways to reach a human at big companies. Particularly ones with slow or complicated IVR or phone menu systems. Or companies that have self-serve help forums instead of a customer service department. From there, we realized that consumers still needed more detailed help solving the most common problems, so we expanded to this set of guides, which grows every day. And if you spot any issues with our What do I do if my Xfinity TV or internet is out? guide, please let us know by sending us feedback. We want to be as helpful as possible. If you appreciated this guide, please share it with your favorite people. Our free information and tools is powered by you, the customer. The more people that use it, the better it gets.
After helping consumers for 10 years, we realized that you need an impartial, live person you can talk to about comparing the various TV, cable, Internet and phone plans in your area- somebody who can compare the best deals across telecom providers. So we created a free concierge service you can call at the phone number below.
