What is your cancellation policy?

Our cancellation policy at JustFlowers.com allows customers to cancel their order within 24 hours of placing it for a full refund. However, if the order has already been prepared or delivered, cancellation may no longer be possible. To cancel an order, customers must contact our customer service team directly either by phone or email, providing their order details. In the event that the cancellation request is received after the specified time frame, customers may be subject to partial or no refund depending on the circumstances. We strive to accommodate our customers' needs and understand that plans can change, so we encourage timely communication to facilitate cancellations and ensure customer satisfaction.
