What if my recipient is not available at the time of delivery?
If the recipient is unavailable at the time of delivery, JustFlowers.com will attempt to leave the flowers with a neighbor, co-worker, or building manager, depending on the delivery location. The delivery person will leave a note at the recipient's door, informing them of the delivery and where it has been left. If it is not possible to leave the flowers with someone nearby, the delivery person will return the flowers to the local florist and contact the sender to make alternative arrangements. The sender may choose to have the flowers redelivered at a later time when the recipient is available or have them delivered to a different address. Please note that redelivery may incur additional fees.
