  3. Click on "My JH Account" in the drop-down menu.
  4. Select "Forgot Password."

  8. Enter the access code in the box on the Jackson Hewitt website.
  9. Click "Continue."

  1. At the "Access Code" page, click on "Send a new code to my mobile number."
  2. When the new code comes through via text, enter it in the box.
  3. Click "Continue."

  5. Select "Continue."
  6. You can now access your account.
