What is the refund policy for IMCI membership or event registration fees?

IMCI has a comprehensive refund policy for membership and event registration fees. If a member or attendee wishes to cancel their membership or event registration, they must do so in writing and adhere to specific deadlines. For memberships, a refund request made within 30 days of joining will be granted, minus an administrative fee. After this period, no refunds will be issued. Regarding event registration fees, cancellations made at least 30 days prior to the event will receive a full refund, less an administrative fee. Refund requests made within 30 days of the event will not be eligible for a refund. IMCI may consider granting exceptions for extenuating circumstances on a case-by-case basis.
