How to Get a Quote on the Website

The fastest way to get a quote is to use the quote tool the company has on its website. To use it, follow these instructions:

1. Go to the Gigster website home page.
2. Click on the Hire Gigster button in the upper right corner of the screen. You will be taken to a screen with many buttons — each one labeled with the name of a type of project, such as “eCommerce” and “Cloud and Backend.”
3. Click on the button that most closely applies to your project type. If none of them is an exact match, just choose the closest one.
4. Choose the timeframe you want to get started in.
5. Choose the budget range you have for your project. If you don’t yet know, you can choose the “no funding yet” option.
6. Enter a description of your project in the text box provided.
7. Click on the Next button.
8. Enter your company’s name and your job title.
9. Click on the Next button.
10. Enter your name and contact information.
11. Click on the Next button.
12. Click on the Submit button.

You will receive your quote after your request has been processed. The wait shouldn't be too long, though.

Although Gigster provides a lot of different options for categorizing your project and gives you the opportunity to provide details, it may not be enough to capture the important nuances of your project. It is important to ask questions when you start talking about your project in more detail with your potential Gigster team to see if the quote has changed significantly.

Contacting Gigster

Of course, you can also try contacting Gigster yourself to ask somebody more specific questions about the process and talk to someone in a more in-depth manner. Unfortunately, you can only do so on the company’s help forum. There is no phone number and no other online contact option, not even a Facebook page. However, once you get the process started, you will have access to easier ways of contacting your Gigsters.
