How do I get a refund from Gigster?

There are two ways to request a refund from Gigster. You can submit your request through a form on the company's website or via email. Gigster requires a contract for each project at the onset, so it's important that you're fully aware of the terms in your contract regarding milestones, payments and refunds.

Requesting Refund Via Website

Follow these steps to request a refund from Gigster:

  1. Navigate to the Gigster website on your computer, and click "Contact" at the bottom of the page. 
  2. Complete the form that opens on the page, and select "Other" for the reason for contacting customer support. 
  3. In the box labeled "How can we help you?" type in your request for a refund and the reason you're asking for the refund. For example, if software milestones outlined in your contract are not met or the software does not perform as listed in the contract, you can request a refund. Additionally, if there are any other breaches, such as lack of communication from the development team or security breaches, you can request a refund.
  4. Click "Submit" to send your request.

Requesting Refund Via Email

You can also request a refund via email by doing the following:

  1. Open your email and click "Compose" or "New Email."
  2. Type support@gigster.com in the "To" box.
  3. Type "Refund Request" in the subject line.
  4. In the body of the message, make your formal request for a refund and include the reasons you're making your request. Again, this could be due to lack of optimal performance, delivery issues or other issues with the software package, product or failure to adhere to the contract conditions.
  5. Click "Send" to submit your request via email.

Currently, Gigster does not have a phone number, so all requests for assistance must be made via the online contact form or via email. It can take up to 72 hours before the matter is resolved and a refund is granted or denied.

Gigster prides itself on quality service and support and strives to make sure you get the best software package for your business or project, but there will be times customers are not fully satisfied. When milestones in the development are not met, the contract is not fulfilled or breached or other issues arise, you can request a correction in the issue or a refund.
