Our return policy at Funagain Games is designed to ensure customer satisfaction. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days of receiving the item. To be eligible for a return, the product must be in its original condition and packaging. We do not accept returns on opened or used products. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is a result of our error. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will issue a refund for the purchase price, excluding any shipping charges. Please contact our customer service team to initiate a return and receive further instructions. We strive to provide a seamless return experience for all our valued customers.
