What is your pre-order policy?

Funagain Games has a straightforward pre-order policy. When you pre-order an item, we require a valid credit card to secure and guarantee your reservation. However, we do not charge your card until the item is in stock and ready to be shipped. In case of any changes to the release date or availability, we will promptly notify you via email. We strive to fulfill pre-orders on a first-come, first-served basis as soon as new stock arrives. However, please note that unforeseen circumstances beyond our control may impact delivery dates. If you wish to cancel your pre-order before it is shipped, simply contact our customer service team, and we will assist you promptly.
