At Eastern Mountain Sports, we offer a flexible return policy to ensure customer satisfaction. If you changed your mind or are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 60 days for a full refund or exchange. Returned items must be in their original condition, with tags and packaging intact. Please retain your receipt or order confirmation for a smoother return process. Online purchases can be returned by mail or brought to any of our store locations. For in-store purchases, return or exchange can be made directly at the store. Certain items like undergarments, climbing equipment, and perishable goods are ineligible for return due to safety and hygiene reasons. We strive to make returns hassle-free and aim to provide excellent customer service throughout the process.
