How do I exchange an item?

To exchange an item, simply return the item to any Eastern Mountain Sports store location or ship it back to us using our provided prepaid shipping label. Make sure to include your order number and indicate the item you would like to exchange it for. Once we receive the item, we will process the exchange and send out the new item as soon as possible.
