What is the cancellation policy?

Our cancellation policy at Diva's Day Spa is designed to accommodate our valued customers and ensure a seamless experience. We kindly request that any cancellations or rescheduling requests be made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment. This allows us to offer the appointment to another client who might be on our waiting list. For any cancellations made within 24 hours, a cancellation fee of 50% of the scheduled service price will be charged. This fee is necessary to cover the costs associated with the reserved time slot and any preparations made by our staff. No-shows will be charged the full service price. We understand that emergencies or unforeseen circumstances may arise, and we encourage open communication to find the best possible solution.
