What is the cancellation policy for appointments?

The cancellation policy at Bliss Spa requires a 24-hour notice prior to the scheduled appointment. If a cancellation is made within this timeframe, no fee or penalty will be charged. However, appointments cancelled less than 24 hours in advance will incur a cancellation fee equivalent to 50% of the total service cost. In cases of no-shows where clients fail to cancel or reschedule, the full service cost will be charged. We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, so we kindly request clients to notify us as soon as possible to avoid any charges and to allow other customers an opportunity to book an appointment. Rescheduling appointments is subject to availability.
