What is the cancellation policy for appointments?

Our cancellation policy for appointments at Kurr Med Spa is as follows: we kindly request a minimum of 24 hours notice for any cancellations or rescheduling. This allows us to offer the appointment to another client who may be on our waiting list. Failure to provide adequate notice or no-shows may result in a charge of 50% of the scheduled service fee.
