Our return and exchange policy for window coverings at 3 Day Blinds Corp. is designed to ensure customer satisfaction. We offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee, allowing customers to return or exchange their window coverings within 30 days of purchase for any reason. The returned items must be in new and unused condition, along with the original packaging and proof of purchase. Custom-made window coverings, which are tailored specifically for each customer, cannot be returned unless there is a manufacturing error or defect. In such cases, we will promptly exchange or repair the window coverings at no additional cost. Our aim is to provide exceptional service and quality products, and we are committed to working with our customers to resolve any issues that may arise.
