Our return policy at Destination Lighting is designed to ensure customer satisfaction. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days of receipt for a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in its original packaging, including all accessories and documentation. Please note that customized or personalized items, as well as clearance and sale items, may not be eligible for return unless they are defective or damaged. Return shipping charges will be the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to an error on our part. For further details and to initiate a return, please contact our customer service team within the specified timeframe.
