The Ritz-Carlton Destination Club does not allow members to transfer or sell their membership to another individual. The membership is non-transferable and strictly remains with the original member. This policy ensures the integrity of the club and preserves the exclusive benefits and privileges associated with membership. Any attempt to transfer or sell membership rights to another person will be considered a violation of the membership agreement and may result in termination of membership.
