If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your custom merchandise, we are happy to accept returns within 15 days of receiving your order. Please note that we can only accept returns for items that are unused, unworn, and in their original condition. We recommend contacting our Customer Care team to initiate the return process and obtain a return authorization number. Once your return is received and inspected, we will issue a refund to your original payment method. Please keep in mind that custom printed items cannot be resold, so we are unable to accept returns on those unless there is a defect in printing or a mistake made by our team.
