Our return/exchange policy at Customsportsocks.com is designed to ensure customer satisfaction. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange it within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return or exchange, the item must be in its original condition, unworn, and with all tags attached. Customized or personalized socks are not eligible for return unless they have a defect. To initiate a return or exchange, please contact our customer service team with your order details and reason for return/exchange. We will provide you with further instructions and assist you throughout the process. We strive to resolve any issues promptly and make your shopping experience with us as hassle-free as possible.
