Our return policy at Inkbarn.com is designed to ensure customer satisfaction. If you are unsatisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return the item for a refund or exchange within 30 days of the purchase date. To be eligible for a return, the product must be in its original condition and packaging. However, please note that we cannot accept returns on opened or used ink cartridges due to quality and safety reasons. To initiate a return, simply contact our customer service team with your order details, and they will guide you through the process. Please keep in mind that original shipping fees are non-refundable, and customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error. Our goal is to ensure a hassle-free return experience while maintaining product quality and safety standards.
