How Do I Exchange and Item to Chicago Cutlery?

Chicago Cutlery, through the Corelle Brands LLC Consumer Care Center, will return any product that the consumer is not 100% satisfied with within 90 days of the purchase. However, unfortunately products must be totally unused and still remain in the original packaging, and you must also have the receipt of purchase in order for you to return the product via shipping or in any of Correlle's retail stores. Furthermore, the cost of shipping and the $8 prepaid return cost will not be included in your refund.

Online or Phone Returns:

This service is offered so that people like yourself can easily return products that are either not what they meant to purchase or that they simply are not happy with. Unfortunately, this service is not offered to those living in Canada due to accessibility issues for UPS drop-off locations.

In-Person Returns:

It's important to note that you can only use the Consumer Care Center to get a refund or exchange if you purchased your product online or over the telephone. If you purchased your product in person at a brick and mortar store then you need to get your refund via Corningware, Corelle or another associated retail store. You will still need your receipt and original packaging.

However, if you made your purchase online then you can make your return in person in case you don't want to wait for shipping. All you need to do is go to a Corelle, Corningware or another associated retail store with your product, receipt, original packaging, and order confirmation showing the price you paid.

Damaged Items:

If you are making a return for a damaged item then the process will be different. If your item is damaged then you should contact Corelle directly. Click here to get in contact with a representative from Corelle to talk about the issues with your product and get a refund.

Why does GetHuman Write How-to Guides for Chicago Cutlery Problems?

GetHuman has been working for over 10 years on sourcing information about big organizations like Comcast in order to help customers resolve customer service issues faster. We started with contact information and fastest ways to reach a human at big companies. Particularly ones with slow or complicated IVR or phone menu systems. Or companies that have self-serve help forums instead of a customer service department. From there, we realized that consumers still needed more detailed help solving the most common problems, so we expanded to this set of guides, which grows every day. And if you spot any issues with our What do I do if my Xfinity TV or internet is out? guide, please let us know by sending us feedback. We want to be as helpful as possible. If you appreciated this guide, please share it with your favorite people. Our free information and tools is powered by you, the customer. The more people that use it, the better it gets.
