What is the return policy?

Catherines offers a hassle-free return policy for customer satisfaction. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 60 days of the original purchase date. To be eligible for a refund, items must be in their original condition with tags attached. Catherines provides a prepaid return label for convenient shipping back to their facility. Exchanges can also be made for the same item in a different size or color, subject to availability. If an item is defective or damaged upon arrival, Catherines will issue a full refund or provide a replacement. However, swimwear, underwear, and clearance items are non-returnable.
