Visit the Cash App website.
Scroll all the way down on the Cash App website until you find the "Help" link. It's in white lettering against a black background. You'll find it between "Press" and "Status."
Click on the "Help" link, which will take you to the "Support" page. It says "Support" and "How can we help?" at the top.
Find the horizontal search box on the "Support" page. It should be at the top, below "How can we help?"
Click on the search box, which has a magnifying glass icon on its left side. This will outline the box in black, cause the cursor to blink, and make your phone's keyboard appear.
After clicking on the search box, type "Unlock account," but don't press the return button on your phone's keyboard.
Since you want to unlock your Cash App account, look for the search result that says "Why is My Account Locked?" It has a right-pointing arrow to the right.
Click on the right-pointing arrow to the right of "Why is My Account Locked?" This will take you to a page of the same name.
Read the "Why is My Account Locked" page for details about why you may not be able to access your Cash App account.
After reading the "Why is My Account Locked" page, take action to try to access your Cash App account. If you're still unable to get into it, please move on to Step 11.
If you're unable to get into your Cash App account, reach out to customer support. Let the representative know what you're experiencing and what you've already tried doing to unlock your account. This allows them to narrow down options about which solutions could help you. Take notes during the phone call, including the representative's name, the date and time you called, and the end result.
When you reach a point where you should be able to access your Cash App account, enter your log-in credentials to see if you can get in. If you're still unable to, let the customer service representative know.
