What is your return policy?

Our return policy at Case-Mate is designed to ensure customer satisfaction. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, you may return the item within 30 days of delivery. The product must be in its original condition, unused, and in its original packaging for a full refund. Exceptions to this policy include personalized or custom-made items, which are non-returnable unless there is a defect with the product. To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team, who will guide you through the process and provide you with a return label if needed. Once we receive the returned item, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days. Please note that the original shipping charges are non-refundable.
