At Case-Mate, we stand behind the quality of our products. We offer a one-year limited warranty for all our cases, screen protectors, and accessories. This warranty covers any defects in materials or workmanship under normal use. If you encounter any issues with your Case-Mate product within this timeframe, simply contact our customer service team for assistance. We may ask you to provide proof of purchase, product photos, or any relevant details to assess the case. If the issue is deemed to be covered under our warranty policy, we will either replace or refund the product, depending on the availability of the item. Please note that our warranty does not cover damages caused by accidents, unauthorized modifications, or improper use. Rest assured, our warranty policy ensures your satisfaction and peace of mind.
